Consultation FAQ
- What are next steps ? Next steps include, booking a time slot. Please allow 24- 48 hours for us to reach out to you.
- What will the consultation include ? In person or virtual, we will walk your space with you. Find out how you live or work, and we have a discussion about next steps
- Can I use this for multiple rooms? Yes
- Can the consultation be online? Yes. However, we do prefer to view the residence or commercial space in person.
- Can I reschedule my time? Yes you can. There is no fee for rescheduling. Customers are limited to rescheduling 1 time.
- Are consultations appointments refundable? No.
Refund Policy: All services rendered by the Company are provided on a non-refundable basis. This includes, but not limited to, travel fees, professional services fees, regardless of usage. Customer agrees not to charge back any credit card payments for services rendered or services pending scheduling (24-48 business hours) or they will be in violation of this agreement.
